These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ei. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you use ei on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for that organization.
The service
ei validates eInvoices against UAE PINT-AE requirements, produces compliance scores, and offers AI-grounded corrections. It is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Advisory nature — no warranty of compliance
Compliance scores and AI corrections are advisory. They do not guarantee acceptance by the FTA or any authority. You remain responsible for reviewing every submission and for your regulatory obligations.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You may not misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or upload unlawful content.
Intellectual property
ei and its content remain our property. You retain rights to the invoice data you upload; you grant us the rights needed to process it and provide the service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ei is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for penalties arising from your regulatory filings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
