Information we collect
Account details (name, email, organization), invoice data you upload for validation, and technical data such as log and usage information. Invoice content is processed to produce compliance results and is isolated per organization.
How we use information
To validate invoices against PINT-AE rules, generate compliance scores and AI-grounded corrections, operate and secure the service, and meet legal obligations.
AI processing and redaction
Sensitive invoice fields and your questions are redacted before any prompt is constructed for the language model. AI suggestions are advisory and grounded in cited regulatory sources.
Data retention and security
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet audit and legal requirements, and apply technical and organizational safeguards to protect it.
Your rights
Subject to applicable UAE law (including the PDPL), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us using the details on our contact page.
